Ethical Realignment: Systems like nuclear deterrence and hegemonic nationalism must be peacefully retired and replaced.
Phase 1: Visibility – Build awareness and presence.
Phase 2: Alignment – Form coalitions and identify priorities.
Phase 3: Inquiry – Expose harmful systems and promote accountability.
Phase 4: Implementation – Enact global reform via pressure and logic.
